2. Product Information

  • Custom T-Shirts & Print-on-Demand:
    All products are made to order based on your specifications. We do not carry pre-printed stock for custom designs or print-on-demand items.

  • In-Stock Products:
    We may offer ready-to-ship items, which will be clearly marked on the website.

  • Color Accuracy:
    While we strive to display colors as accurately as possible, the actual colors of the products may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the products purchased and an estimated shipping time.

  • Payment Methods:
    We accept major credit cards and online payment methods through secure payment gateways. All payments must be completed at the time of checkout.

  • Custom Order Deposit:
    For custom designs, a $35 non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. This deposit will be credited toward your final order total.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Orders:
    Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed and print-on-demand t-shirts, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the design has been approved and the product has been printed. All custom orders are final sale.

  • In-Stock Products:
    For in-stock items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges:
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. Proof of defect may be required (e.g., photos).

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Custom Design Approval Process

  • Proofing & Approval:
    For custom designs, we will send a digital proof via email for your approval before printing. It is your responsibility to review the design for accuracy, including any text, colors, and placement.

  • Design Changes:
    Any changes requested after the proof has been approved may result in additional charges or delays in production.

  • Final Approval:
    Once you provide final approval, the order will proceed to production, and no further changes or cancellations will be accepted.

1. Standard Shipping (In-Stock Products):

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Available for all in-stock t-shirts and accessories.

2. Express Shipping (In-Stock Products):

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Available for all in-stock items. Place your order before 12 PM EST for same-day processing.

 

Shipping for Print-on-Demand and Custom Designs

1. Print-on-Demand Products:

  • Delivery Time: 7-10 business days

  • Since print-on-demand items are made specifically for your order, please allow additional time for production and shipping.

2. Custom Design Orders:

  • Delivery Time: 10-14 business days (may vary depending on the complexity of the design)

  • All custom orders are processed after final design approval. Please account for design review, approval, and production time when placing your order.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times for in-stock products typically take 1-2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

International Shipping

At this time, Tresha’s Designs only ships within the United States. We are working to offer international shipping soon!
